Refund and Return Policy
At TAC Ventures, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our sportswear, bags, souvenirs, clothing, innerwear, and shoes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@tacventures.fashion or call us at 0806 8281042 or 0805 3475689 to inform us of your intent to return the item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
We offer the following refund options:
- Original Payment Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
